Meet Prakash, a passionate and dynamic yoga teacher with over 25 years of expertise. His yoga adventure began at a young age, in the spiritual core of Vivekananda University in Bangalore. His skills included a Bachelor’s degree in Yoga and participation in intercity championships. He led corporate yoga sessions and kids yoga. With a strong passion for learning and teaching many kinds of yoga, he brings a unique blend of tradition and modern practice to the sessions, resulting in a transforming experience for his students.
