Vidwan Phaniraj Shivashankar began his musical journey early — starting training at age 5 under reputed teachers.
He pursued formal music education at Sri Satya Sai Mirpuri College of Music (affiliated to Sri Satya Sai University, Puttaparthi), and completed further studies with a master’s in fine arts.
Over the years, he has performed in several prestigious sabhas across India and abroad — including concerts on TV and international radio — and accumulated over 15 years of experience as performing artist and teacher.
He trains students across India and globally (including online lessons), making classical music accessible to learners of all ages and backgrounds.
